Working for The New York Review of Books while composing her own writing, literary and film enthusiast Katie Jefferis has her interests firmly investigated and nurtured. She's studied the art of clowning at Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre, screenwriting at The New School, wilderness skills at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS, Alaska) and a broad range of arts and sciences at Northwestern University. She was as well a writer/director for Vertigo Productions (WNUR).
